About Provident
Provident is a consulting firm that works with families who may be in the process of establishing a family office, or who may desire to utilize our resources as they manage their family wealth in a less formal structure.
Provident was founded by Dave Imeson after serving individuals and families with consulting services over many years in a less formal role. Recognizing that this was a sought after service, it made sense to begin offering it to a select audience and Provident was born.

What we do
Provident becomes familiar with your family wealth management needs, and over time participates in discussions regarding those needs. A biblical framework serves as the underlying foundation of counsel and direction.
Dave serves as a sounding board for your thoughts and plans. This process is facilitated by a weekly or bi-weekly phone conference or meeting where your agenda will be followed to direct the dialogue. In between regularly scheduled calls and meetings Dave is available to discuss urgent or time-sensitive matters. Regular calls may include, if desired, reviews of monthly financial statements and investment strategy discussions.
At times outside research may be required regarding an opportunity or subject. Dave can assist with that, and will communicate with firms whose resources are specific to the topic. Family succession and other generational issues are another area of consultative assistance.
All discussions and services occur within a context of complete client confidentiality and discretion.
